We provide different kinds of support for FLOW. First of all, there is the Online documentation, which documents all features, and contains tutorials.
If you can't find what you need there, or if you have found a bug, you can get personal support by our partner team. Be sure to specify your question with as much detail as possible.
Thirdly, we will be developing a set of Best Practices articles, which will cover subjects such as the different steps to take in setting up a monitoring and data collection project with FLOW, best practices for creating survey questions, etc. These will be published over the coming months.
