Akvo RSR pricing plans

Akvo RSR for your projects for less than €10 per project per month.

This pricing will be effective from 1 January 2012.

General

To use the Akvo RSR system you need to be a partner organisation. Learn how to become a partner. If you are a funding partner (donor) organisation, special fees apply.

Projects

Akvo RSR is priced per project in the system. A project is max €35,000 in total budget. Completed projects are not counted against your plan and are kept on the system for free.

Programmes

Projects which are larger than €35,000 or are part of corporate CSR programmes are considered programmes and we offer customized services in relation to all programmes, such as onsite training, field visits, online strategy help and more. Contact us for details.

Funding partner fees

If your organisation is not actively participating in programmes and only donates money to projects and programmes you can:

• Get your logo on a project, next to your donation amount. You pay 2% on top of your donation to Akvo Foundation.
• You can use the Partner sites feature, i.e. Akvo RSR on your own branded web site, for a fee of €500/year.

Getting started support

The Getting started support: €200 for NGOs, €300 for others

• Put your first three projects online including the organisations involved
• Guidance on project information
• Help with setting up Akvo RSR on your own domain
• Help with the Akvo RSR features including widgets and updates
• Advice on fundraising for projects
