THIS IS A DEMOSTRATION - NOT A REAL PROJECT - The goals with implementing Akvo RSR SMS is to make updates easy from the field. Today many people have mobile phone access or even their own mobile phone, before they have access to clean water or adequate sanitation. We see this as an opportunity.
