SAP

The Stichting Afrika Projecten has been active for more than 35 years with small scale projects in Eastern Africa. Its goal is to enhance the health and living circumstances of the people in Eastern Africa. Since many years the focus of the foundation is on water and sanitation projects and since last year the foundation's focus is mainly on Uganda, with some projects in Kenya and Ethiopia. The projects are done in close cooperation with local communities, working with a local staff. The costs of operation are low, making the projects very efficient.

SAP was founded in 1974 by the employees of the ING. Ever since a larger number of the ING employees make monthly contributions to the foundation.
