Once your organisation and partners are happy with how the project is presented in Akvo RSR, you can request that the project be published. Projects are only made public after a review by Akvo staff.

Email the following to l.diphoorn@akvo.org

We have completed entering information on a new project and believe it
is ready for publication. 

It can be reviewed here:

http://www.akvo.org/rsr/project/INSERT_YOUR_PROJECT'S_NUMBER_HERE/

We will review the project and may ask you for further edits. Once we are satisfied the information is complete and accurate, it will be published and you will receive an email confirming it is now visible to the general public.

• To see if a project is published, go to the "Projects" list in the Admin pages. On the far right is a column labelled Is published. A red stop sign means the project has not yet been published, while a green tick mark indicates it has been published.
