How to promote an Akvo RSR user to organisation administrator

If you are an Akvo RSR organisation administrator you can promote other users attached to your organisation to administrator status.

To promote a user's Akvo RSR account to an administrator account:

1. Go to the Akvo RSR Admin pages by clicking the link at the bottom of all Akvo RSR pages called Admin.

2. If you are not logged in already, Log in now.

3. You now see the "Site administration" page. Click on the User profiles link.

4. Click on the username of the user you wish to promote. The "Change user profile" page opens.

5. To promote the user, click the organisation administrator tick box seen in the picture below.

6. Click the Save button at the bottom right of the page. This Akvo RSR user is now an organisation administrator.

7. Send an email to the user telling them that their Akvo RSR account has been promoted.

8. Done.
